Hill started brightly and had two corners within the first two minutes but the first real effort fell to Bridges captain Lee Carney who ‘s shot was comfortably saved by Josh James and just two minutes later Rob O’Toole was set up by Pat Harding but his tame shot was gathered by Kieron Thorpe and from this Sam MacVicar collected the ball from the edge of his box and ran the whole length of the pitch finishing with a powerful shot that went just over the bar.

Hillians best chance of the first half fell to past Harding on twenty one minutes when a quick free kick from Neil Watts found him just inside the box but his shot was blocked by MacVicar, Hill then had to make their first change of the game when Andy Pearson limped off and Chris Breach came on.

There were only two more chances created in the first half one for each side with Abu Tourays shot being tipped over by James and Greg Luer’s free header just clearing the bar.

The second half saw both sides have plenty of procession without creating many chances the best chance fell to Pat Harding after Hill skipper Darren Budd saw his shot was spilled by Thorp and Harding’s shot hit the post.

Ian Chapman made two changes with Luer being replaced by Lee Harding and Dan Perry coming on for Budd and with ten minutes left Chris Breach had to leave the field with a head injury leaving Hill a player short till the end however this didn’t change the pattern of the game the game ended in a draw leaving Hill still unbeaten after six games.
