Burgess Hill Town hold annual presentation evening

Burgess Hill Town FC had an excellent turn out for their Annual Presentation Evening held in the Clubhouse at the Green Elephants Stadium last Friday evening.

Striker Pat Harding, who hit 30 goals in the season, picked up the First Team Players Player of the Year and the Supporters Player of the Year awards whilst Joe Keehan won the First Team Player of the Year.

The Under 21’s, who finished third in their first ever season in the Ryman Under 21 League, saw ever present Alex Gathern win the U21 Player of the Year.

Striker Dann Perry won the Youth Team Players Player of the Year whilst Keelan Cunliffe picked up the Youth Team Player of the Year award as the Youth Team won the Ryman Youth League and County Cup.

Bar Manager Sharon Collins won the Jack Lake Shield (Club Person of the Year) whilst the John Buck Award for outstanding achievement went to Youth Team Managers Ashley Carr and Tony Tregear, who are stepping down at the end of the season. The duo have run the youth side for the last four seasons winning the Ryman Youth League each season and also won the County Cup three times during their reign.
