Crawley Town sign former Notts County winger Jason Banton

Crawley Town's head coach Dermot Drummy has made his second summer signing with former Notts County and Wycombe Wanderers winger Jason Banton.

The 23-year-old began his career at Liverpool and was in the Arsenal and Tottenham youth set-ups.

His clubs also include Leicester City, Crystal Palace and Plymouth Argyle.

This season began at Crawley’s League 2 rivals Wycombe Wanderers before going out on loan to Hartlepool.

He finished the season playing in League 2 for Notts County and has previously played four times for England under-17s.
