“Dean Leacock should have scored with the header that he had and Izale McLeod should have scored with an easier chance.

“Lewis Young was through with only Scotty Parker to beat and maybe in three or four weeks he’ll do better with better fitness levels.

“It was a good fitness test for us. Working so hard chasing the ball for most of the game.

Fulham played very well and treated it very seriously with the quality of the squad they sent to us. It was great for us.”
