The young Hammers will travel to the The People's Pension Stadium on Monday, July 26, with the game getting underway at 7pm.
This is the Reds' fifth confirmed pre-season friendly.
John Yems' side have also arranged to play Burgess Hill Town, Horley Town, Horsham and Three Bridges in the run up to the 2021-22 campaign.
