Juniors tennis success at the Weald

As part of the Easter programme various competitions were organised for our junior members by our coach Zoe Cranfield.

Saturday 12 April saw 20 junior members aged between 11 to 17 compete in a tournament with the winners being Lloyd Stevens and Michael Hill in Box A and Lucas Broyd and Lewis Bichan winning Box B.

Thursday 10 April there was a singles matchplay where members played 3 matches with results being submitted to help their ratings.

We also held a mini green match practice for under 10s with 6 of our Aegon team attending for two hours match practice.

The Weald Tennis club still have junior membership available so come down and join in our success.
