1:50 – ENTRE DEUX – 100/1!

1:50: Former Irish point winner ENTRE DEUX could appreciate the ground here if it comes up heavy. He could be one for handicaps down the line but will without doubt need further than this in time. He caught the eye at Ascot on rules debut, finishing 8th in a very strong bumper, travelling well for a long way. There is a chance he may outrun his odds here.

2:20: Tom Cannon has excelled in the saddle this season and he will ride SAMEER here for Toby Lawes. This horse was running on the Flat in France up until late October. He ran well on debut on the Flat at Redcar and really impressed on hurdling debut over course and distance, hitting 1.6 in-running before getting ran out of it late. He has since had wind surgery and can improve.

3:20: Trainer Jack Barber is operating at an incredible 36-per-cent strike rate around Plumpton with 4 winners from his 11 runners sent to the venue. With that in mind, his only runner there on this card is RIDGEWAY FLYER. The former decent chaser has shaped with plenty of encouragement all 3 runs over hurdles this season to date. Now stepping up past three miles, he can improve again.
