Tuesday, June 22: Meet at 10.30am in Cowfold Village car park - West Grinstead - Cowfold. No dogs. Picnic lunch. 9 miles.

Wednesday, June 23: Meet at 7.30pm at Sloop Inn, Freshfield Lane - Hammer Wood - Wapsbourne Wood - Warr's Farm - Lindfield Farm - Sloop Inn. 4 miles.

Saturday, June 19: Meet at 2pm at Kithurst Hill car park (off Storrington to Amberley road) - circular downland walk over Harrow Hill. Hilly. Free, just turn up. Dogs allowed on a lead. 6 miles.

Monday, June 21: Meet at 7.15pm in Scarlett Arms car park, Walliswood - circular walk through woods and farmland with beautiful views of the North Downs. Fairly flat (one steep incline). Free, just turn up. No dogs. 3 miles.

Wednesday, June 23: Meet at 7pm at Pulborough car park (TQ 055185) - circular walk over difficult terrain at a good pace for the more experienced walker. Some hills and stiles. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 6 to 7 miles.

Thursday, June 24: Meet at 6.45pm in the Countryman Inn car park, Shipley - all welcome, fourth annual mid-summer walk plus pub BBQ, 10 as per the last three years with live music in the garden - flat circular, guided, free HDC walk through Knepp Park, past King's Windmill and Knepp Castle hoping to see Tamworth Pigs, Exmoor Ponies, Fallow Deer and Old English Long-horned Cattle.
