Last Friday, Chameleon opened its doors to host the launch party for Taygan Paxton’s single Wait For Love.

The night was full of outstanding talent.

First up was Luke Godwin who performed a solid set of his own tracks to an appreciative audience.

Luke is currently promoting his new album Brand New Lands, which you can find on itunes.

Up next was the very talented Rebecca Dancer.

Rebecca has been performing on the local scene for a while now and she is picking up fans wherever she goes.

Her set left the audience wanting more. You can find out further information on her up coming gigs at www.rebeccadancer.co.uk.

Third up was a band from Maidstone called One Day Elliot. These guys have played in Horsham before and have always been well received. They played a number of their own songs with the stand out track being So Far So Good.

Fourth on the bill was the local talent of Lee Martin. Lee has made a name for himself on the scene and again he did not disappoint with a solid set delivered.

Up next was Jak James. Jak is the brother of Taygan and has been playing on the local scene for a number of years now.

He is a very talented singer song writer and people can see him every second Sunday evening of the month performing at Shots pool room.

After Jak, the whole room was ready for Taygan to perform and she did not disappoint. Stand out tracks on the night were Vintage Girl and (the reason that the whole night was put on) her new single Wait For Love.

The crowd really loved the song and everyone was singing along. It was a great way to celebrate the release of the single and bring to an end an outstanding night of acoustic music.

Up next was the after party with DJ Viney and a very special performance from the UK’s number 1 beat boxing band Duke.

Duke were absolutely amazing and put on a great set, covering songs that everyone knew and got everyone dancing along.

A big thank you must go to Cocos Style who have supported Taygan on the run up to this event and also to YellowFish Music Group for recording Taygans set, Chilledvondub- Photographic for taking all the photos and a big thank you to Chameleon for hosting the event.
