Social care businesses become approved traders

The businesses have signed up with East Sussex County Council’s Support With Confidence scheme - a database of providers of personal care who have been vetted on grounds of quality, safety, and training.

Personal assistants Michelle Thain from Bexhill and Joanne Hussey from Netherfield and Frances Swain from Duo Support Services in Rye are now fully fledged members of the scheme.

They were officially welcomed to the scheme by county council chairman Colin Belsey at a ceremony at The View Hotel in Grand Parade, Eastbourne.
