Mortgage advice from a familiar face
Katie has been working at the Crawley office mortgage department for seven years but, as her clients will know, has been on maternity leave but is now delighted to be returning full time from the end of this month.
Katie commented “Mortgage Advice Bureau is one of the UK’s leading award winning independent mortgage brokers and provides me with an excellent opportunity to enhance the service to my customers, which has been operating successfully in Crawley since 1991. In an ever changing mortgage market this has strengthened our position and enabled us to continue providing all of our clients, some of whom have been with us many years, the absolute best advice and service for their individual circumstances.”

The mortgage and housing market and general economy continues to experience an ‘interesting’ time, and it is more important than ever that people seek independent and impartial advice. I am able to access 1,000s of products, including exclusive deals, many of which are not available directly from lenders, and this equips me to meet most clients’ requirements. Whilst I’m sure many people will have thought about their budget and monthly incomings and outgoings, seeing an independent mortgage adviser and being qualified for a mortgage prior to reserving your home, can put you in a much stronger position. I am really looking forward to catching up with all my clients and will be able to review their circumstances as their existing rates come to an end.”
Company owner of Homes Partnership Estate Agents, Tracy Smith added “We are delighted to have Katie back in the role she enjoys so much, and am sure our clients will be glad to see her back too. Good customer service is paramount and Katie conducts every mortgage as if it were her own. She ascertains the client’s needs, makes recommendations as to what’s most suitable for them, arranges all the paperwork, manages the application and liaises with the lender throughout to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. She also offers protection products from a choice of insurers, giving customers peace of mind, but equally importantly, making sure they are able to keep their home should the unexpected happen. Protection products available include redundancy cover, critical illness cover, income protection and buildings and contents insurance. “If you would like a mortgage review, please don’t hesitate to call her – there is no charge for the initial consultation and she would be delighted to help.”
