Almost time for those Santas to get sprinting!

Sunday will see hundreds of Santas sprinting - and sauntering - through the grounds of the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum.

Big-hearted supporters of St Wilfrid’s Hospice will be donning their Father Christmas suits in aid of the charity on a frosty Sunday morning.

Organiser Jill Dennison said: “For those who fancy a challenge there is the 5km off-road ‘sprint’ while the one-mile route is perfect for youngsters and those who fancy a more leisurely pace!

“The event is a fantastic opportunity to get together with friends, family and work colleagues to raise much-needed funds for St Wilfrid’s.

“Every Santa will receive a FREE Santa outfit and there will be a FREE goodie bag for children.

Participants will be able to meet the real Father Christmas while the Littlehampton Academy Steel Band will be playing some tunes to get people into the festive spirit.”
