Appeal for witnesses after man stabbed in park

Officers were called by paramedics, who attended the scene of the incident at Crowshaw Park, off Boundstone Lane, at about 9.20pm on Wednesday, June 8.
A local man in his 20s was taken to Worthing Hospital with minor injuries.

Hide AdThe suspect is described as a man, about 6ft, wearing a black balaclava, a white top and black tracksuit bottoms. He is believed to have assaulted the victim using a small kitchen knife.
Witnesses are asked to contact police on [email protected] or call 101, quoting serial 1769 of 08/06.
In particular, officers would like to speak to a woman who called the ambulance and who may have more information.
