Bexhill plans in the pipeline
THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:
• 3 Royston Gardens – construction of fence
• The Devonshire, Devonshire Square – back lit ‘halo’ style advertisement
• 38 Cowdray Park road – new front porch, to include small rear extension.
• 9 Wychurst Gardens – demolish existing conservatory, construction of single storey extension at rear.
