Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

•Rockhouse Bank – extension to form ground floor study and utility room plus en-suite shower room to roof space over.

•5 Lavant Close – single storey extension.

• 11 Herbrand Walk – alterations to front boundary wall and gates (retrospective).

• 24-28 Sea Road – installation of a new shop front to the former Bexhill Lighting and Gift Centre on Sea Road to become a Budgens food store. A refrigeration condenser unit and three air conditioning units will also be positioned on the roof and enclosed within an aesthetically sympathetic enclosure.

• 47 West Parade - dormer roof extensions to maisonette.

• 29 Linden Road – Prunus (T1) fell- customer request. Silver Birch (T2) fell- customer request.
