Parish supper: Bodiam parish supper will take place at The Hub. Anna and Nick have kindly offered to host the supper on March 29 at 7:30 PM. Tickets are £14 per head and wine will be sold by the glass or bottle with delicious nibbles, a main course and pudding. For tickets and more information contact Kate on (01580) 830868

Hide AdRoadrace: there is a new roadrace coming to Bodiam on Sunday, September 17, organised by and in aid of Northiam Bonfire Society. The run is 10K and will finish in the grounds of Bodiam Castle. The cost is £15 for affiliated running club members and £17 the unattached.
Alfred Hurley: it was a full church for the service of the late Alfred Hurley at St Giles and I hope as many as possible went to the Cross Inn afterwards to share their memories of Alfie’s life. We have lost yet one more long time resident of Bodiam.
Live music: more live music at the Castle Inn on March 17 with Jimi/the Jams at 8:30 PM. Everyone is welcome. For more information call (01580) 830330
Parish assembly: Bodiam Parish Aassembly is on March 16 at Bodiam Church of England primary school with a small buffet from 7 PM - the meeting starts at 7:30 PM. Come and hear reports from the parish council and from village groups, East Sussex County Council and district councillors.
