Election & Referendum: Bodiam has a lot of work to do on the 5th May it is the Police & Crime Commissioner Election and on the 23rd June the Referendum. The Bodiam Parish Room will be the place to cast ones vote please (go and vote Bodiam) people.

Big Sunday: for St Giles Church on 6th March, it is Mothering Sunday and the Bishop of Lewes will take the Family Service at 11.15a.m. so it will be good to see a full church.

National Trust: Sometimes the National Trust have a job to answer the phone and get back to people, so I was very happy to read that you can now phone 01580 831324 between 9 a.m. - 5p.m. for bookings and other things, I hope.

Bodiam Parish Assembly: takes place on Thursday 17th March at Bodiam Primary School Hall. A buffet will be available from 7p.m. The Parish Council will report on the work of the past year and reports from village groups and Rother District Councillors. This is a very good night for Bodiam but if you do not wish to come to hear about your Parish Council just come for the very good food, it is free. Any food left the Chairman will take home and eat before he goes to bed.
