Burglars raid garage
Raiders escaped with a £2,000 haul from a break-in at a Yapton garage. A £1,000-worth of Sound Lab DJ equipment was stolen. It included speakers, amplifiers and lights.
Also taken were cases of lager and bottles of wine, valued at 1,000. The Bilsham Road garage was broken into between 4am on November 19 and 8am on November 22, last Thursday. Information about the crime should be given to PC Kristy Southam on 0845 60 70 999 ext 86248.
