Busy night for Hastings firefighters

One East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service appliance from Bohemia Road station was sent to West Hill after reports of a fire at around 8pm yesterday (Wednesday, June 15).
There had been a small fire in the open in gorse which was out on arrival.

Hide AdA fire engine from The Ridge station was mobilised to West View following reports of flooding at 3.10am this morning (Thursday).
The leak was isolated and salvage was in progress.
Then at about 6.20am, a fire engine from Bohemia Road station attended Gensing Gardens, St Leonards.
A motorcycle had caught alight but the fire was out on arrival.
