BY-ELECTION RESULT
The result of the by-election for the Telscombe Cliffs Ward of Telscombe Town Council held on 16 February 2006 was as follows:
Michael Darren Edwards of Wicklands Avenue, East Saltdean, '“ Liberal Democrat, received 259 votes.
Ronald Kevin Maskell of Telscombe Cliffs Way, Telscombe Cliffs, '“ The Conservative Party Candidate, received 485 votes and was elected.
The turnout was 22.3%
