Caught on Camera
CRIMINALS could find themselves starring in a real-life, serious version of You ve Been Framed, watched by Littlehampton police.
Officers have been presented with a television and video player to check CCTV footage of suspected shoplifters and other criminals caught on film by cameras in Littlehampton stores.
Until now, police had to travel to Worthing to monitor the videos, but Littlehampton and Arundel Crime Prevention Panel has provided the equipment for use at Littlehampton police station.
Panel chairman Tyndall Jones made the presentation on behalf of the panel.
