Could it be bye bye, bungalow?

A DEVELOPER wants to demolish three bungalows in Lancing andreplace them with an 11-house development complete with its own access drive and automatic security gates.

The scheme by PDM Facilities would include one chalet bungalow, a terrace of four houses and six semi-detached houses in West Lane.

In the design brief, the developers say the houses are designed for minimum maintenance and long life. The houses

would have high insulation, and solar panels on the roofswould beused to heatwater.

The developers have submitted a planning application to Adur council which is available to view at the Civic Centre in Ham Road, Shoreham.
