Christopher Greathead, 44, of Leeds Close, Southwater, was banned from driving for a year, with a £240 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving at Horsham with illegal levels of a cocaine metabolite in his blood, and failing to answer bail.

Kellie Keating, 44, of Kennedy Road, Horsham, was fined £220, with £38.34 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Lisa Brackpool, 26, of Crawley Road, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge. She had pleaded guilty to one count of causing criminal damage to a radiator, and one count of causing criminal damage to a window, door and soap dispenser, all in Horsham.

Edgar Marquez, 36, of King Edward Road, Christ’s Hospital, was banned from driving for 20 months, with a £470 fine, a £47 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Horsham.

Oliver Ventura, 51, of Guildford Road, Rudgwick, was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, a £60 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to common assault at Rudgwick.

Yiu Hau, 72, of Udimore Road, Rye, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Dial Post.

David Lewis, 58, of Lansdowne Road, Angmering, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Dial Post.

Said Bahaji, 50, of Burnham Place, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to stealing a coat worth £220 from Cotswold Outdoor in Horsham.

Graham Court, 50, of no fixed address, was fined £120, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a lock knife in a public place in Horsham.

Alfie Smith, 22, of Osbourne Crescent, Chichester, was given a 20 week jail sentence, suspended for two years, with 80 hours of unpaid work, £350 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge, and £375 costs. He had been found guilty of burglary with intent to steal from a barn in Bolney, and of burglary of leaf blowers and water pumps from a golf club in Albourne.
