Years one and two held the fundraising art exhibition as a fantastic finish to their projects.

Hide AdYear two children made pastel pictures of the Massai people, recreating the work of African artist Martin Bulinya, as part of their Wild About Africa topic.
Kasia Watson, key stage one leader and year-two class teacher, said: “Giving the children a prestigious event to aim for gets the very best effort from the children and when they entered the hall and saw their art, you could see them bursting with pride and excitement.
“They couldn’t wait to bring their families along after school to enjoy and buy their works of art.
“This has been a fantastic event for bringing whole families into the school to share the achievements of these children.”

Hide AdMoney raised from the event will be used for buying resources for key stage one classes.
