"Excellent turnout" for local horticulture show

THE BEXHILL Horticultural Society held their annual plant sale and coffee morning at Parkhurst Hall.

The popular yearly event attracted a good crowd of both green fingered folk who knew a petunia from an osteospermums, and those who simply enjoy a blooming good plant and the chance to socialise with a coffee.

Also for sale were various herbs, grasses, and fruit bushes.
