Fire at historic college

Firefighters were called to a music room at the college, shortly before 2.30pm today (Thursday).

They were unsure of what had caused the accidental fire, but Shoreham Fire Station watch commander Jon Simpson said staff and students had done everything right, adding that smoke detectors and fire alarms had worked exactly as intended.
