Help is at hand from Sompting Scouts

COMMUNITY-MINDED Scouts are offering their help to organisations and individuals .

The 1st Sompting Scouts are hoping for a new challenge, having previously carried out a litter pick on Lancing beach and packed customers' bags at Sainsbury's, in Worthing.

Nina Griffiths, the Scout group's fund-raiser, said: "The shoppers were extremely impressed by their good attitude and their helpful and non-pushy manners.

"They worked very hard and they are hoping to be of further help to the local community in the near future."
