High Sheriff opens seafront improvements
The High Sheriff of the East Sussex, Amanda Hamblin, formally opened on Saturday the Seaford Lifeguards station, the steps leading into Martello Field and the new beach huts.
Splash Point also has a smart new shelter, replacing the dilapidated one which stood there for many years.
The old shelter was removed and demolished at the same time as the new beach huts went up last year.
The cost of the new shelter was 9,575.
