Horse rider airlifted to hospital after fall in Wisborough Green

A woman was airlifted to hospital after she fell from a horse in Wisborough Green yesterday (Tuesday March 15).

Paramedics were called at 2.15pm after the woman, aged in her 40s, suffered the fall.

Two ambulances and the air ambulance attended the scene.

The woman was treated for chest and other injuries before being flown to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.
