Last chance to share those summertime views of Littlehampton

THERE are just a few hours left to send in photographs and postcards for a forthcoming exhibition at Littlehampton Museum before tomorrow’s deadline passes (Tuesday, June 4).

The display, in July, will celebrate summertime in the town, tracing, through photographs and postcards, the evolution of summer here, from donkey rides and penny licks to crazy golf and barbecues on the beach.

Anyone who would like to contribute should take their pictures, along with a short caption explaining what’s going on, to the museum, at the Manor House, Church Street, where they will be scanned in and handed back immediately afterwards.

Or, people can scan in their images themselves and email them to the museum.

There will be a small case for displaying unusual souvenirs, as well, which people are also invited to take to the museum.
