Meetings on Downs Park

A MAJOR public consultation exercise is being run by the Countryside Agency to find out what you think about the proposed South Downs National Park.

The Countryside Agency and Lewes District Council have organised a number of roadshows where you will be able to see plans of the proposed boundary and staff will be available to answer questions.

They are at the following locations in January from 2.30 pm to 8 pm unless stated otherwise.

January 4, Lewes Town Hall (12.30 pm 7.30 pm); January 7, Denton Island Training & Business Centre, Newhaven; January 8, Plumpton Village Hall; January 9, Telscombe Town Council; January 10, Meridian Centre, Peacehaven; January 11, Downs Leisure Centre, Seaford (12.30 pm 7.30 pm); January 11, Ringmer Village Hall ; January 14, Rodmell Village Hall ;January 15, Ditchling Village Hall ; January 16, Firle Memorial Hall ; January 17, Kingston Village Hall ; January 18, Chailey Reading Room.
