MP warns quality of life will be hit
The quality of life for residents in West Sussex will inevitably decline unless there is proper planning for water supply and sewerage, waste disposal, flood risk management , proper roads and railways which function, MP Nicholas Soames told the House of Commons last week.
He was speaking at the second reading of the Infrastructure Audit ( Housing Development)Bill when he said that decades of unsustainable development had put the area under significant pressure.
