The collection of three, four and five bedroom homes are situated in a dream location, with the popular South Downs right on its doorstep.

The doors of the newly-launched Henley showhome are now open, for prospective buyers to view the home, giving them an insight into the tranquil village life available at Ashdown Vale.

The four bedroom detached Henley showhome showcases the executive homes from Redrow Homes’ Arts and Crafts inspired Heritage collection.

The spacious showhome boasts 1,769sqft and four double bedrooms, two of which are equipped with en-suite bathrooms.

Carefully designed interiors make this showhome both stylish and comfortable – but first, and foremost, make it a home.

Emma Brindley, Redrow’s interior design manager, said: “All aspects of the showhome at Ashdown Vale have been carefully considered and designed with a family in mind.

"Our extensive experience in designing forever homes for our customers have allowed us to create our showhomes with a real family persona in mind, allowing those who come to view the Henley showhome to really envision themselves living there.

“Our classic, yet contemporary style mirrored in all of our Heritage collection homes is present here, with a Cranbook Ivory Symphony kitchen and Porcelanosa bathrooms, oozing style as well as practicality.

The 75 private homes on the development will feature a choice of three, four and five bedroom homes, with modern, open-plan family-friendly interiors, fitted to the highest specification.

The development includes homes in the style of The Worcester, The Oxford, The Cambridge and The Henley.

A good number of primary and secondary schools sit within the surrounding area, including St Phillip Howard Catholic High which is in the village of Barnham itself. The nearby areas of Chichester and Portsmouth are also home to several excellent independent schools.

Mark Vanson, sales director at Redrow (Southern Counties), said: “We are thrilled to be able to give people the opportunity to see inside our homes here at Ashdown Vale. The Barnham and wider Chichester area has a wide array of appeal for a variety of househunters – and with the beautiful countryside close by, not to mention the sports and leisure amenities within reach, the development has proved immensely popular since its launch last summer.

“However, with more visitors and more to see at Ashdown Vale, houses are being snapped up at a rapid rate. We’re advising people not to delay and to get in touch soon so they don’t miss out on their first choice.”
