Fly-tipping does blight our parish

I CAN only assume that Cllr Jim Sewell doesn't get out much (Observer, October 27, p5).

His contention that fly-tipping ‘hasn’t been a problem, really’ is ludicrous.

I can show him several locations within the parish that have been dumped on regularly by these pestilential fly-tippers
