Discount if you don’t use a bin
Regarding green waste charges, what I say is well done HDC!
Actually it’s not enough. We have never used the green waste and resent paying for those people that do not compost and are gradually removing the organic structure of their garden!
We should have a tax sticker on all bins and pay according to bin size.

Hide AdWe also resent paying for weekly collections that we simply do not need.
Once a month is enough for us with a medium bin or fortnightly with the small bin.
Maybe HDC should have gone about this by giving a discount to those who don’t use it!
Otherwise well done HDC!
