TWO Lewes women struck a blow for pedestrian power '“ if only for an hour.
The couple, who would only identify themselves as Captain Krikey and Major Tock, bought an hour's parking ticket and used it to camp down, complete with a real grass lawn and deck chairs, on a parking spot in Lewes High Street yesterday (Thursday).
