Hassocks nursery gives boost to women’s centre run by Hove charity

A Hassocks nursery made a generous donation to a women’s centre in Portslade as they prepared to reopen recently.

South Downs Nurseries and Garden Centre delivered much-needed plants and horticultural sundries to The Gateway Centre in Station Road, which is run by the Off The Fence charity.

Rebecca Houghton-Knapp from the family-run nursery said: “We were delighted to make this donation having been approached by the charity.”
