Pubs and hospitality reopening will ‘contribute greatly’ to rebuilding Horsham’s economy
The reopening of pubs and hospitality will ‘contribute greatly’ to rebuilding Horsham’s economy.
This is the message from Horsham District Council which said it welcomes the latest easing of lockdown restrictions.
A spokeswoman added: “We will of course continue to work tirelessly to support local establishments to be able to open safely for their customers, supporting them as they put in place the necessary safety measures based on Government advice, and we thank the public for continuing to act responsibly and following the guidance set by the Government.
“We invite all businesses to keep us informed about their plans, so we can support them as required and help publicise their initiatives.
“We would ask businesses to email us at: [email protected] for help and advice at this time.”
A message from the Editor, Gary Shipton:
In order for us to continue to provide high quality and trusted local news, I am asking you to please purchase a copy of our newspapers.
With the coronavirus lockdown having a major impact on many of our local valued advertisers - and consequently the advertising that we receive - we are more reliant than ever on you helping us to provide you with news and information by buying a copy of our newspapers.
Our journalists are highly trained and our content is independently regulated by IPSO to some of the most rigorous standards in the world. But being your eyes and ears comes at a price. So we need your support more than ever to buy our newspapers during this crisis.
Stay safe, and best wishes.
