Rye goes ukulele crazy
THE Rye Ukulele Experiment celebrated its first birthday with a musical party in the Queens Head at Landgate where they enjoyed a ukulele shaped cake.
The group, which was formed a year ago by Hugh Kermode, are performing during Rye Arts Festival, but you can always hear them practising on Tuesday evenings in the Queens Head from 7.30 onwards. New members are always welcome.
