STEYNING'S RAILWAY HEYDAY RECALLED
THIS year marks the 41st anniversary of the closing of the Steyning Railway line, but interest remains as great as ever.
On Friday, November 9, people who share an interest in the branch line which ran up the Adur Valley from Shoreham to Horsham via Bramber, Steyning, Henfield, Partridge Green , West Grinstead and Christ's Hospital will meet at the Drama Hall in Steyning Grammar School.
The event, organised through Steyning Adult Education Centre begins at 7.30pm.
