Street hold-up

A 20-YEAR-OLD man from Heathfield was robbed as he walked to work along Thorney Close, Heathfield on December 17.

A grey Citroen pulled up in front of the victim, mounting the kerb. Three men, all in their late teens or early 20s, jumped out leaving a woman inside the vehicle.

The offenders demanded the 3 in cash and a mobile phone the victim was carrying. They used force to seize the items from the victim, who was not badly injured.
