Teen taken to hospital after A24 crash

A teenager was taken to hospital after a crash on the A24 last night (Thursday May 12).

The collision took place on the Farthings Hill roundabout at the junction of the A24 and the A281 at 4.45pm, police said.

It involved a white VW EOS saloon and a Honda Motorcycle.

Police said an 18-year-old, from Slinfold, who was driving the motorbike, was treated for leg and wrist injuries at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill. He was discharged later that evening.
