Three kayaks stolenfrom Rye Harbour

Three kayaks have been stolen from a lock-up at Rye Harbour Sailing Club.

They were stolen between Thursday August 21 and Thursday September 4.

It is believed that the suspect gained access by unscrewing the lock.

The Perception kayaks were secured on a rack and chained with a motorcycle chain. One is described as blue, 12’ and worth £600. The other two are red 10’ and worth £399 each. Two black paddles and a silver paddle were also stolen.
