More clearance is now being continued by Chichester District Council Staff.

Further work will be done on the north side of the pond in the second phase which will start in the autumn when the birds finish nesting.

Volunteers also picked up litter and erected bat boxes around the pond and Jubilee Path.

The next working group will meet on Saturday, March 4.

Among other tasks will be the putting up of bird boxes.

Anyone wanting to help please meet with other volunteers at 10am at the wooden bridge.
