Two hurt as fire breaks out at Crawley house

Two people were hurt when fire broke out in a house in Crawley last night.

The fire - thought to have started in a TV set - completely destroyed the ground floor of the house in Walesbeech, Furnace Green, and three quarters of the upstairs was damaged by smoke.

Two people were treated at the scene by medics.

Firefighters were first called to the property at around 6pm and spent more than two hours there.
