TWG fundraiser at Little Common

COFFEE and tea proved a popular draw at a charity fundraiser held on grey summer day in Little Common on Saturday morning.

The Little Common Morning Town Women's Guild held their annual fair at the village Methodist church to raise money for the charity, Homecall.

The cake stall proved popular, as did the bric-a-brac and book stall.

The event attracted over 100 people in just the first hour.

Chairman Pamela Magson said: "It is something we have done for the last three of four years and it is done for our chosen charities for the year.

"It has gone really well."
