UPDATE: Horsham chef in final three of BBC’s Masterchef: The Professionals

A Horsham chef is through to the final three of BBC food competition Masterchef: The Professionals.

Steven Edwards, head chef at South Lodge Hotel’s Camellia restaurant, booked his place in the final three last night (Monday December 9).

In tonight’s episode, starting at 8pm on BBC Two, the three remaining chefs will travel to Italy to impress at Osteria Francescana, the three Michelin starred restaurant recently judged the third best in the world in the San Pellegrino top 50.

The winner of the competition will be announced during the series finale this Thursday.
