VIDEO: Motorcycle involved in A24 incident
A motorcyclist has been admitted to hospital after a collision on the A24 this morning (Thursday July 11).
Police were called to the scene at the Hop Oast roundabout near Southwater just after 8.30am.
Details of the motorcyclist’s injury are unknown but are not thought to be life-threatening.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “The collision occurred between one motorcycle and one car, a Vauxhall Corsa.”
Police had been working to make the roadway safe, but left the scene at 9.20am.
