Weather wipes out Angmering Community Fete
THE Angmering Community Fête, which was due to take place today (Saturday, July 14) on the recreation ground next to Angmering Community Centre, has been postponed because the field is waterlogged.
The fête will now be held on Saturday, September 15, however, the dance at the community centre tonight is still going ahead, at 7pm, featuring Hunny Bunch, who will be playing numbers from the 60s.
Tickets, price £10, are still available from Woodies News and Angmering Framing and Stitches in the village, or on the door. The price includes a cold buffet meal, and people are asked to bring their own drinks.
