FA Cup: Spectator information

Hastings United have released information for supporters attending tonight’s FA Cup second round replay at home to Harrogate Town (kick-off 7.45pm).

The capacity will be as follows: main pavilion stand (seated) 740; standing 2438; Elphinstone Road covered terrace 620; Cole Warren covered terrace 130; staff 100; total capacity limit 4028.

The car park will be open to the north of the ground. This will be signposted on Elphinstone Road. The car park entrance is accessed from the west from Elphinstone Road turning into Ochiltree Road. A £5 charge will apply to cover security arrangements for the car park which will be patrolled through the game. A free programme will be provided within the £5 admission. There will be restricted access to cars into the track to the Elphinstone Social Club. Please do not attempt to use this road to access the car park.

Some additional parking restrictions may apply on Elphinstone Road. Hastings Borough Council’s parking wardens will patrol the streets and any car that breaches parking regulations will be ticketed so please do not park on restricted areas or on kerbs or verges and respect the driveways of residents.

The stadium will be open from 6pm. Please do not arrive before this time as you will not be able to enter the stadium until safety checks and staff briefings have taken place. Please arrive as soon as possible after 6pm to avoid queues building at the turnstiles. Please allow plenty of time to park and walk to the stadium and gain entry. Due to television commitments, the kick-off cannot be delayed. The bar and catering outlets will be open from 6pm. Additional catering facilities and toilets will be available.

The game is all ticket and is sold out. There will be no tickets on sale on the evening of the game. Please do not turn up without a ticket. If you do not have a ticket you will not be able to enter the stadium under any circumstance. There are four turnstiles on Elphinstone Road and two to the north of the ground accessed via the track to the Elphinstone Social Club. If you are using a concession or under-21 ticket, please bring proof of age/eligibility. If you have tickets to pick up, please visit the ticket collection point next to the main gate on Elphinstone Road. If you have a seated ticket in the main stand, please keep this with you at all times as without it you will not gain readmission to your seat.

Some items will not be permitted to be brought into the stadium. These are but not limited to any cans of drink, unopened bottles, alcohol, footballs and items considered dangerous. Such items may be confiscated or entry to the stadium refused. Entry to The Pilot Field stadium constitutes acceptance of the club’s ground regulations which are displayed inside the stadium.
